Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

Edufit, operated by Positex Pvt. Ltd, aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a fair return process.

1. Return Eligibility

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Returns Due to Size Issues

• If you wish to return a product due to size mismatch, the return will be accepted within 7 days.

• Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges (both pickup and re-delivery, if applicable).

3. Returns Due to Product Issues

If the product has any of the following issues:

• Manufacturing defects

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged product

Then:

• Return/replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.

• Edufit will bear all shipping charges.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

• In eligible cases, returns will be processed as:

  • Product replacement, or

  • Store credit (if applicable)

6. Important Notes

• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

• Slight color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.

• Customized or altered products may not be eligible for return (if applicable).
